We welcome everyone, however, there are situations where we may not be able to assist. For instance, if you are a student who cannot provide an admission letter and guarantor form, or if you are a working professional unable to provide BSN registration (doesn't apply to those who have not yet moved to the Netherlands) or payment slips, we may not be able to help.
A social housing apartment is an apartment that has not passed the liberated rental threshold. The current maximum base rental price of a regulated rental apartment is €879,66 (2024). We don't provide viewings for social houses. Normally it takes around 5 years to get a social housing from the time of the registration.
