Usually, renting a property in the Netherlands involves the following steps: finding a listing, applying for a viewing, submitting a legally binding offer to rent, signing the contract, paying the deposit, and setting up your utilities. We will be your 'house hunting butler' throughout this journey, providing a comprehensive 360-degree service for every step of the process.

Clients come to us for different reasons. Some are very particular about their budget, while others prioritize finding a place that offers the best education for their children. We tailor our assistance to meet your specific needs, but our ultimate goal is always the same: to help you find a rental property within your budget.

No. We are not a real estate agent. However, we help you with everything related to getting a house, including dealing with real estate agent. Which is a very important part of the rental process.

We welcome everyone, however, there are situations where we may not be able to assist. For instance, if you are a student who cannot provide an admission letter and guarantor form, or if you are a working professional unable to provide BSN registration (doesn't apply to those who have not yet moved to the Netherlands) or payment slips, we may not be able to help.

A social housing apartment is an apartment that has not passed the liberated rental threshold. The current maximum base rental price of a regulated rental apartment is €879,66 (2024). We don't provide viewings for social houses. Normally it takes around 5 years to get a social housing from the time of the registration.
